Sri Venkateswara Swamy Abhishekam at Hindu temple of Frisco, Texas

Saturday, 6th Apr, 2024: Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Frisco(Hindu temple of Frisco) which is very famous Balaji temple and there are several devotees visiting on this temple for all the hindu festivals. Most of the peoples whoever visits they strongly believes that Lord Venkateswara fulfills their wishes.

The main daities of the temple are Lord Sri Venkateswara, Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha and Shirdi Saibaba.

✅On the occassion of first Saturday of every month, Sri Venkateswara Swamy Abhishekam is performed at 10am at the temple there were huge devotees attended for pooja today.

✅Today is the day Shanitrayodasi & first saturday of the month came together so performed Tailabhishekam grandmanner at 12 Noon.

✅Devotees can participate as Abhishekam sponsor. Other options for donations are Vasthram & Annadanam.

✅Rudrabhishekam is performed every Monday at 7 PM and Sai Baba Abhishekam is performed every Thursday at 11 AM. 

✅There is a monthly Maha Ganapathi Abhishekam on Sankatahara Chaturdhi

✅In this temple the devotees has facility to bring the prashad from their home made and they can distibute it for free on every Saturday for all the devotees whoever visits the temple.

✅Tamarind rice(pulihora), upma, curd rice , lemon rice, split chickpeas, vada, pongal etc are some of the varieties of prashad use to distribute to devotees on every Saturday.

Background of the temple : 

Around May of 2015, with seed money from a dedicated group of devotees and the blessing of Lord Sri Venkateswara, acquired 2.51 acres of land for the construction of Sri Venkateswara Temple in a prime location in Frisco, Texas. 

While fund raising to construct the permanent temple complex, they opened a temporary temple in 2018 in leased building nearby and started providing services to the devotees. 

One of the main festival in this month planned is Sri Rama Navami on April 16th (i.e Tuesday) at 6:30 pm Sankalpam followed by Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam and special Archana at 8:00 pm. Arathi and then prashad will be distributed to all the devotees.
